Phase 1 – Foundation & Proof of Concept
Goal: Build the groundwork for sustainable operations
We begin by securing initial startup grants and essential support to provide the resources needed for future phases. During this stage, we will build an online platform to represent artists and facilitate commerce, while also obtaining Google for Nonprofits to leverage their resources. Our initial focus will be identifying and featuring opening artists who craft tangible, marketable works. The launch of the initial online store will generate early revenue and demonstrate proof of concept, establishing a solid foundation. The focus is primarily on local Las Vegas artists and forming key collaborations.
Phase 2 – Expansion of Artist Programs
Goal: Broaden reach and generate business momentum.
A wider range of local artists will be introduced to the platform, with auctions and professional tools available to help them grow. Community gatherings and events will support local businesses while creating opportunities for artists to succeed. Strengthened partnerships with organizations such as SPCKRFT Studios will provide infrastructure and credibility. The goal of this phase is to generate consistent revenue streams and establish a business model capable of sustaining long-term growth.
Phase 3 – Education & Community Engagement
Goal: Empower artists through education, mentorship, and visibility.
This phase focuses on promoting and educating artists through structured programs. Partnerships with colleges, educational programs, and local organizations will provide resources that help artists survive and thrive. Programs will include training in business, marketing, and creative skills to ensure independence. One of the signature projects will be illuminating the streets of Las Vegas for Christmas, creating a citywide spectacle through strategic partnerships and in-kind donations. These projects will generate community engagement and build momentum for future growth.
Phase 4 – Regional Expansion
Goal: Scale operations while maintaining local impact.
Manifest Dreams will expand to neighboring cities and other states. Independent regional boards will oversee local operations, coordinating resources and partnerships to ensure the success of artists in each community. These boards will maintain local focus while supporting broader organizational goals, allowing for sustainable expansion without overextending resources. This phase ensures that growth is balanced with meaningful impact in every city we enter.
Phase 5 – Global Vision
Goal: End the starving artist stereotype worldwide.
Global expansion leverages accumulated knowledge, resources, and experience while adapting programs to meet local needs. The focus will be on building platforms, educational programs, and community engagement initiatives worldwide. The ultimate goal is to ensure that creative careers are sustainable, respected, and empowered in every community we reach. Each layer of the project will evolve over time, but the mission remains the same: to end the starving artist stereotype globally.
